1 Definitions

4 Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All Funds deposited into your madrid88 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. madrid88 does not accept third-party deposits.

5.5 madrid88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges for which madrid88 accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the madrid88 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These promotion-specific terms supplement and take precedence over these general Terms in cases of direct conflict.

7 Betting Rules

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, madrid88's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit madrid88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
